FRIED CHICKEN SEASONING   

1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tbsp. salt (optional)
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. Cajun Pepper Blend

Mix all ingredients well. When you batter and roll your chicken in flour, place them in your skillet, and sprinkle with this mixture. Or you can add the mixture to the flour before you roll the chicken in it. How much is determined by how spicy you like your chicken.
