Pineapple Cheese Cake
Filling:

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple 

Crust:
2 cups graham wafers
1/4 lb. Melted butter

Filling:  Cream your cheese with sugar and salt.  Slowly 
adding the eggs and vanilla. When all creamed blend in 
pineapples

Crust:  Mix graham wafers and melted butter.  Press in 
2/3 of this mixture in a 9x13 pan. (Reserving 1/3 for 
the topping)

Pour in your cheese filling

Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top.

Bake 15-20 minutes in a 325-degree oven.
