Quick Breafast Sandwiches
8 slices white bread
Butter softened
2 cups cooked,finely chopped ham
1 cup shreeded Swiss cheese
3 eggs,beaten
1 2/3 cups milk
1 tablesppondried,minced onion flakes
1 teaspoon prepared mustart
Trim crust off bread slices,Spread butter on 1 side of each slice of bread.Place 4 slices in butter 8 inche square baking pan.

Top bread slices with chopped ham and remaining bread slices,buttered side up.Sprinkle with shreeded Swiss cheese.
In bowl combine eggs,milk,onion flakes,prepared mustard and about 1/2 teaspoons salt and mix well.Slowly pou r over bread slices.Cover and refigerate overnite or at least 8 hours.
