Egg, Potato,Bacon and Cheese Burrito Wraps
If you’re running out the door with your kids to dance, softball or
soccer practice (like we are) you’ll appreciate this quick and easy meal
idea.
This always works well if you have Sunday breakfast leftovers.
If you don’t, it’s a tad more work.
What to do:
Scramble up some eggs
Fry bacon (or used pre-cooked ham, chopped or shredded)
Fry potatoes (sliced or cubed works best)
Have cheese slices or shredded cheese ready
Optional: onion, green pepper
Next:
Have tortilla open and layer with cheese, egg, meat and potato mixture.
Roll up and serve
