Chicken Taos with Rice
Choice chicken parts 4 pieces
Flour 4 teaspoons
Pepper dash
salt 4 teaspoons
Butter 4 teaspoons
Onons,chooped 1/3 cup
Garlic powder dash
Worcestorshire sauce 2 teaspoons
Chili sauce 1/3 cup
chicken broth 1/2 cup
Dry sheery 2 1/2 tablespoon
Hot cook rice 1 cup
Roll chicken in combined flour,salt and pepper.Brown in butter.Put
chicken to one side.Add onion sauce until transparent.Stir in remaining
ingredients except chicken and sauce over beds of fluyy rice.
